Japanese market trades higher in early deals on Friday

Japanese market, the only Asian market trading today is in green, tracking the overnight gains on Wall Street. Shares of exporters are higher despite a stronger yen. Most of the regional stock markets remained closed for the Lunar New Year holidays, including South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Nikkei 225 up by 354.98 points or 1.65% to 21,819.96.
