UAE authorities de-registers Everest Industries' arm

Everest Industries' arm has been de-registered under the laws of UAE. Everest Building Products LLC incorporated in UAE, a subsidiary of Everest Industries' wholly owned subsidiary company, in which fibre cement board project was proposed to be setup, has been de-registered with effect from November 27, 2017 under the laws of UAE.

The company has been intimated regarding de-registration by UAE authorities on November 28, 2017. During the financial year 2016-17, Everest Building Products LLC contributed nil towards the turnover and net worth of the company.

Everest Industries is engaged in manufacturing and trading of building products, such as roofing products, boards and panels, other building products and accessories and manufacturing and erection of pre-engineered steel buildings and related accessories.
