Tejas Networks, BLS International and HG Infra Engineering to see some action today

Tejas Networks has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Government of Kerala as its first telecom knowledge partner and is establishing a Center of Excellence (CoE) for next-generation telecom technologies in the state.

BLS International Services has expanded operations and addition of more centres for Attestation and Apostille services across the country. This follows the renewal of its contract by the Ministry of External Affairs. These services are essential for those who intend to study or work abroad or have business transaction in other countries.

HG Infra Engineering has been declared L-1 bidder by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a new Hybrid Annuity Project in the state of Haryana. The project is for up-gradation of four lane of Rewari-Ateli Mandi section of NH-11 from km 11.780 at Rewari to Ex. Km 43.445 near Ateli Mandi (designed length 30.45 km) as Feeder Route in the state of Haryana on HAM.

NTPC is going to raise Rs 4,000 crore through private placement of secured non-convertible bonds in the nature of debentures at a coupon of 8.30% pa with a door to door maturity of 10 years on January 15, 2019.  The proceeds will be utilized to finance capital expenditure / refinancing the debt requirement in on-going projects and other general corporate requirements.

TAKE Solutions has proposed acquisition of KAI Research, a US based niche Full service CRO and health research company. With this acquisition, TAKE acquires Phase II and III capabilities in North America adding to its current service offerings in Europe & Asia. The acquisition is expected to close by January 2019. The total consideration for this transaction shall be up to $27 million.

KNR Construction's two wholly owned subsidiary companies -- KNR Tirumala Infra and KNR Chidambaram Infra have received the financial closure letter from the National Highways Authority of India. KNR Tirumala Infra has received financial closure for 6 laning of Chitter to Mallavaram section of NH-140 from under Bhartmala Pariyojana in the state of Andhra Pradesh and KNR Chidambaram Infra has received financial closure for 2 laning with Paved Shoulder of Meensurutti to Chidambaram Section of NH- 227 under Bhartmala Pariyojana, Phase I in the state of Tamil Nadu.

Gujarat Terce Laboratories has launched product i.e. Lorisis Ointment & Piloxyn Ointment on January 11, 2019 at Udaipur, India. The company's product is planned by recognizing a therapeutic gap and a product gap in the market.
