Infosys has inaugurated its Digital Innovation and Design Center in Providence and a partnership with the Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI) to build and launch the Digital Economy Aspirations Lab (DEAL) to enable and develop students for the digital jobs of the future.

Jammu and Kashmir Bank has entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to act as corporate agent of IFFCO-Tokio General Insurance Company as second non-life insurer for soliciting, procuring & servicing their non- life insurance products through Bank's branch network. The said arrangement shall come into effect from April 01, 2019.

Alembic Pharmaceuticals' wholly owned step down subsidiary -- Orit Laboratories LLC has received approval from the US Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) for its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) Fenofibrate Tablets USP, 54 mg and 160 mg. The approved ANDA is therapeutically equivalent to the reference listed drug product (RLD) Tricor Tablets, 54 mg and 160 mg, of AbbVie Inc. (AbbVie)

Dr Habeebullah Life Sciences has proposed to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, in the name & Style of Krisani Genomics or such other name as may be approved by the registrar of companies, Hyderabad, in view of exploring various opportunities for the all-round growth of the company and emerging opportunities in healthcare sector.

Peninsula Land will invest Rs 160 crore to develop 600 apartments in the second phase of its affordable housing project in Pune. The company has launched the second phase named 'addressOne Central Park'. The company has tied up with Home Capital that will provide home buyers interest free loan on stamp duty and registration. The project is also PMAY (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana) approved which will help home buyers get up to Rs 2.67 lakh in the form of interest subsidy.

Deccan Cements has reported around 4-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 32.99 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 as compared to Rs 8.95 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased around 4-fold at Rs 502.92 crore for Q3FY19 as compared Rs 136.21 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
