TAKE Solutions to acquire KAI Research

TAKE Solutions has proposed acquisition of KAI Research, a US based niche Full service CRO and health research company. With this acquisition, TAKE acquires Phase II and III capabilities in North America adding to its current service offerings in Europe & Asia. The acquisition is expected to close by January 2019. The total consideration for this transaction shall be up to $27 million.

TAKE Solutions is a globally recognized knowledge intensive technology player, delivering comprehensive and niche solutions for enterprises across diverse sectors for over 15 years, with key expertise in Life Sciences (LS) and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
