SREI planning to issue Commercial Papers worth Rs 5,000 crore in FY19

SREI Infrastructure Finance (SREI) is planning to issue Commercial Papers worth Rs 5,000 crore outstanding at any point of time during the Financial Year 2018-19 on private placement basis. The Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 17, 2018, to consider the same.

The company is also planning for public Issue of Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating up to Rs 5,000 crore in one or more tranches during the Financial Year 2018-19 and issue of Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (including Bonds) aggregating up to Rs 5,000 crore outstanding at any point of time during the Financial Year 2018-19 on private placement basis in one or more tranches.

SREI Infrastructure Finance (SREI) lends for financing infrastructure projects across sectors such as roads, ports, mining and power as well as purchase of infrastructure equipment.
