Shriram Transport Finance to raise funds under Global Medium Term Note Programme

Shriram Transport Finance Company's Bond Issuance Committee has approved the issuance of $500,000,000 Senior Secured Notes under the $2,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme. The date of issuance of senior secured notes is on April 24, 2019 with a tenure of 3.5 years.

Shriram Transport Finance Company is a flagship company of the Chennai-based Shriram group and is classified as deposit taking Asset Financing NBFC.
