Poly Medicure, Tech Mahindra and CMI to see some action today

Poly Medicure through its wholly owned subsidiary -- Poly Medicure B.V., Netherlands has completed 100% acquisition by acquiring remaining 18% shares of Plan I Health s.r.l.

Tech Mahindra has received approval to acquire 100% shareholding in K-Vision a Japanese corporation through its wholly owned Subsidiary -- Mahindra Engineering Services (Europe). The cost of acquisition is $1.5 million.

CMI has been included as vendor with few prestigious companies in the 3rd quarter ending December 2018. The company has received vendor approval for manufacturing & supply of XLPE/PVC Power Cable and PVC insulated Control Cable for Power Grid Projects and for manufacturing of Power cables, control cables, telephone cables and Optical fibre cables from Airport Authority of India.

EClerx Services has received approval to buyback fully paid-up equity shares of the company of face value of Rs 10 each for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 262 crore which represents 24.95% of the aggregate of the Company's fully paid-up Equity Share capital at a maximum price of Rs 1,600 per share from the existing equity shareholders of the Company.

Punj Lloyd has won an arbitration award worth over $4.98 million (about Rs 34 crore) with respect to a project in Maharashtra. The arbitration award pertained to Heera Redevelopment Project.

Dhruv Consultancy Services has received the Letter of Award (LoA) for the Supervision Consultancy Services for the constructions of Peripherial Roads of New Vidhansabha in the State of Jharkhand (Length - 4.841 km) from the office of the Member (Technical) State Highways Authority of Jharkhand, Government of Jharkhand. The contract amount will be around Rs 2.29 crore for the said Construction Supervision Consultancy Services for which the contract period will be 48 months.

The CoE marks the company's commitment to developing innovative IIoT solutions that span across the technology stack for its customers in the industrial manufacturing, automotive, healthcare and pharmaceutical, consumer products and goods, and utilities space. Leveraging artificial intelligence, Blockchain and robotics, the lab will develop Proofs of Concept (POCs) and market-ready IoT solutions in an iterative agile development model.
