Onelife Capital ventures into asset management business in India

Onelife Capital Advisors and Dealmoney Securities have signed an in-principle letter of understanding with the shareholders of Sahara Asset Management Company to acquire its asset management business along with its AUM, team and existing infrastructure subject to approvals from regulatory agencies.

Onelife and its associates are already having business interests in financial product distribution business through its various investments and would now be expanding the same into fund management. Thus, Onelife Capital Advisors now ventures into asset management business in India.

Onelife Capital Advisors is engaged primarily in the business of providing advisory services. The company offers advisory services to corporates, high net worth individuals (HNIs) and family offices, among others.
