Mahindra Finance raises Rs 13 crore via NCDs

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services (Mahindra Finance) has raised amount aggregating to Rs 13 crore through allotment of 130 Secured Redeemable Principal Protected - Market Linked Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 10 lakh each, at a premium.

The duly authorised Committee of the Company at its meeting held on March 14, 2019 has approved the same.
