JK Tyre & Industries reports 87% fall in Q3 consolidated net profit

JK Tyre & Industries has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2017.

The company has reported 62.53% fall in its net profit at Rs 29.29 crore for the quarter under review as against to Rs 78.17 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 10.70% to Rs 1743.59 crore for Q3FY18 as compared Rs 1575.06 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. 

On consolidate basis, the company has reported 86.91% fall in its net profit at Rs 11.32 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2017 as compared to Rs 86.46 crore for the corresponding quarter in the FY17. However, total consolidated income of the company increased by 7.20% at Rs 2135.40 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1991.95 crore for the same quarter ended previous year.
