Gayatri Projects, Birla Cable, Speciality Restaurants to see some action today

Gayatri Projects has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways for part construction of six lane elevated corridor in the state of Telangana valued at Rs 425 crore.

Birla Cable has proposed additional Capacity for manufacturing of the Optical Fibre cables (OFC) in the plant of the company. The company has proposed additional Capacity of 96848 Cable Kilometers from existing 81848 Cable Kilometers.

Speciality Restaurants has opened Asia Kitchen by Mainland China franchise restaurant located at Burjuman Centre, Bur Dubai in UAE.

Camlin Fine Sciences has received board's approval to raise funds not exceeding Rs 250 crore by way of debt and FCCB/GDR/ADR/ QIP/other securities linked to equity / preference shares / any instrument or securities representing convertible securities. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on May 24, 2018, have approved the same.

JMC Projects has received approval from its board for raising of funds by way of issue of Secured/Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) for an aggregate amount up to Rs 150 crore in one or more series/tranches, on private placement basis. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on May 24, 2018, have approved the same.

BPL has received an approval for availing services from BPL Telecom for installation and servicing of consumer durables sold by the company at an arm's length basis. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on May 23, 2018, approved the same.

RMG Alloy Steel has decided to incur capital expenditure of Rs 150 crore for various plans to exploit business opportunities that have emerged in the extant industry scenario. The plans include installation of Argon Oxygen Decarburization (AOD) and induction furnace in the existing steel melting shop to produce stainless steel cast products
