Dalmia Bharat's arm to set up new cement plant in Odisha

Dalmia Bharat's step down subsidiary company -- OCL India's board has decided to set up a new cement plant in Odisha along with waste heat recovery system and split Cement manufacturing units in the eastern part of India with cement manufacturing capacity of 8 Mn TPA with a total estimated investment of Rs 3,720 crore. The board of directors at its meeting held on May 18, 2018, has decided the same.

The project is estimated to be completed within 24 months post all statutory and regulatory clearances and it will be financed through judicious mix of debt and equity.

Dalmia Bharat is an India-based holding company. The company operates as a cement manufacturing company.
