BPCL to raise $500 million via international bond market: Report

Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) is reportedly to raise funds up to $500 million through international bond market. The company is aiming to meet its capital expenditure by raising the fund through the sale of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs).

BPCL is into exploration, production and retailing of petroleum and petrol related products. The retail business unit of BPCL is into marketing of petrol, diesel and kerosene.
