BLS International, PSP Projects and Hubtown to see some action today

BLS International Services is working with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) in UAE to provide a portfolio of Mobile Services to citizens under TAW-SEEL. The Company will currently start the project with Ministry of Labor to provide mobile services for issuance, renewal and amendment of labor permits and employment offer letters.

PSP Projects has emerged as lowest bidder (L-1 bidder) in the tenders floated by regulatory authorities. The project is for construction and up-gradation of Medical College at Dungarpur in the state of Rajasthan for contract value of Rs 82.18 crore and construction and Implementation Work of Faculty Houses, Student Dormitories and Staff Houses New Academic Block, JSW School of Public Policy and Sports Complex for Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad for contract value of Rs 333 crore.

Dena Bank has assigned and transferred the entire loan account of Hubtown along with all underlying securities to International Asset Reconstruction Company Private Limited acting in its capacity as Trustee of IARF III Trust Scheme - 1.

Greenlam Industries' wholly owned subsidiary -- Greenlam Asia Pacific has received approval for acquisition of 100% shares of Decolan SA, a company incorporated in Switzerland. On completion of the aforesaid acquisition, Decolan SA will become a wholly owned (direct) subsidiary of Greenlam Asia Pacific incorporated in Singapore and a wholly owned (step-down) subsidiary of Greenlam Industries.

Force Motors has reported 86.62% rise in its net profit at Rs 27.34 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 as compared to Rs 14.65 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 11.52% at Rs 846.69 crore for Q3FY19 as compared Rs 759.21 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

Adani Gas has reported a rise of 22.08% in its net profit at Rs 45.50 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 as compared to Rs 37.27 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 32.58% at Rs 496.52 crore for Q3FY19 as compared Rs 374.51 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

Integra Engineering India has commenced commercial production of Ipanel product as on February 13, 2019.
