Bajaj Finance raises Rs 672.80 crore via NCDs

Bajaj Finance has raised Rs 672.80 crore through allotment of 6728 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10 lakh each on Private Placement basis. The Debenture Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting held on March 14, 2019 has allotted the same.

Bajaj Finance, the lending and investment arm of Bajaj Finserv group, is one of the most diversified NBFCs in the Indian market catering to more than 19 million customers across the country.
