Archidply Industries planning to demerge Chintamani Unit

Archidply Industries is planning Scheme of Arrangement between the company and Archidply Decor, for demerger and vesting of Chintamani Unit of the company to Archidply Decor. The meeting of the Audit Committee & Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held May 30, 2018, to consider the same.

Archidply Industries is engaged in manufacturing plywood, block board, particle board, decorative laminates and decorative veneers.
