Infotech Enterprises’ US arm acquires Arkansas based Wellsco Inc (09-Aug-2010)
Hyderabad headquartered -- Infotech Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary in the US, Infotech Enterprises America Inc., has acquired the Arkansas based Wellsco Inc., a company engaged in the business of providing network engineering and management and related services to the telecommunications industry.
Recently, the company has posted a net profit of Rs 22.15 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2010 as compared to Rs 38.67 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2009, down by 42.72%.
Infotech is a Global IT services company with over 7,600 people specializing in engineering services, geographic information systems (GIS) and IT services.
