Tata Mutual Fund files offer document for Balanced Advantage Fund

Tata Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open ended dynamic asset allocation fund named as 'Tata Balanced Advantage Fund'. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10 per unit. Entry load will be Nil for the scheme and exit load will 1% of the applicable NAV, if redeemed on or before expiry of 365 days from the date of allotment. The scheme offers growth and dividend options and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 10 crore.

The scheme's performance for the scheme will be benchmarked against CRISIL Hybrid 35+65 - Aggressive Index. The minimum application amount for initial purchase is Rs 5,000 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter.

The investment objective of the Scheme is to provide capital appreciation and income distribution to the investors by using equity derivatives strategies, arbitrage opportunities and pure equity investments.
