ICICI Pru MF Declares Dividend Under FMP Series 55 -1 Year Plan A (01-Feb-2012)
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has declared dividend under dividend option of ICICI Prudential Fixed Maturity Plan (FMP) Series 55 -1 Year Plan A.
The quantum of dividend will be entire distributable surplus as on record date. The record date for the dividend payout has been fixed as February 6, 2012.
In view of the scheme maturing on February 6, 2012, the Fund shall suspend the trading of units on the National Stock Exchange of India with effect from the close of trading hours on February 3, 2012. The record date for determining the eligible unitholders/ beneficial owners who would be entitled for the redemption proceeds shall be February 6, 2012.
ICICI Prudential Fixed Maturity Plan Series 55 -1 Year Plan A is a close ended debt scheme. The investment objective of the plan under the scheme is to seek to generate regular returns by investing in a portfolio of fixed income securities/ debt instruments which mature on or before the date of maturity of the plan/ scheme.
