DSP BlackRock MF files offer document with SEBI for Ultra Short Term Fund (10-Nov-2012)

DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch DSP BlackRock Ultra Short Term Fund, an open ended income (debt) scheme. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10 per unit.

Entry and exit load charge will be nil for the scheme. The scheme seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 10 crore.

The scheme will be benchmarked against CRISIL Liquid Fund Index. The minimum application amount is Rs 5000 and in multiple of Rs 1 thereafter.

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate a reasonable return commensurate with low risk and a high degree of liquidity, from a portfolio constituted of money market securities and high quality debt securities.
