Fortis MF Introduces Fortis Fixed Term Fund Series 18 D (06-Sep-2010)
Fortis Mutual Fund has announced the New Fund Offer (NFO) of Fortis Fixed Term Fund - Series 18 D, a close-ended income scheme.
The NFO opens for subscription on September 6, 2010 and closes on August 4, 2010. No entry and exit load is applicable for the scheme while the tenure of the scheme has been fixed as 370 days from the date of allotment.
The scheme will be benchmarked against Crisil Short Term Bond Fund Index while the minimum application amount will be Rs 5,000 and in multiples of Rs 10 thereafter.
The investment objective of the scheme would be to achieve growth of capital through investments made in a basket of fixed income securities maturing on or before the maturity of the scheme.
