Sintercom India SME IPO to hit capital market on February 5

Sintercom India will open its NSE Emerge SME initial public offering for subscription on February 5. The issue will close on February 7 and the anchor allocation is scheduled a day before the issue open i.e. February 2. The face value is Rs 10 each with price band of Rs 63-65 per equity share. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on SME Platform of NSE Emerge.

The company intends to sell 65,46,000 shares, which comprises of fresh issue of up to 30,16,000 shares and offer for sale (OFS) of up to 35,30,000 shares. The OFS will include offering of up to 10,31,213 shares by Victora Stock-Invest and 24,98,787 equity shares by Maurill Industries. The offer also includes a reservation of up to 50,000 shares for eligible employee and up to 3,34,000 shares for subscription by Market Maker.

Pantomath Capital Advisors is the book running lead manager to the offer while the registrar to the offer is Link Intime India.

Sintercom India is engaged in manufacturing of sintered metal products, machining, and assembly of metal components and is currently engaged in the business manufacturing sintered metal automotive components of engines, transmissions systems, body chassis and exhaust applications using sintering manufacturing processes.
