Bajaj Corp’s Initial Public offerings (IPO) of 45, 00,000 equity shares have opened for subscription on August 2, 2010 in a price band of Rs 630-660 per equity share and will close on August 5, 2010 have been subscribed 10.49 times. It has received bids for 38706910 shares against the issue size of 3690000 shares, 283100 bids have been received at the cut off price, as per the data available on NSE website at 16.00 pm.
The 100% book building issue, will constitute 15.30% of the post-issue paid-up equity capital of the company. The shares will be listed on BSE as well as NSE. The Book running lead managers to the issue are Kotak Mahindra Capital Company.
The company plans to utilize the proceeds for promoting their future products, Acquisitions and other strategic initiatives and for General Corporate Purposes.
