Sudarshan Chemical Industries to enter into agreement with GMM Pfaudler

Sudarshan Chemical Industries has received approval to enter into a definitive agreement with GMM Pfaudler (GMMP) to divest Industrial Mixing Solutions Division (IMSD) of the Company.

The transaction of divestment is in line with the Company's stated objective of focusing on its core business of pigments and follows its recent divestments of master batch business. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 12, 2019 has approved the same.

Sudarshan Chemical Industries is engaged in the manufacture of organic and inorganic pigments, mica-based effect pigments, chemical intermediates and pesticides.
