Blue Coast Hotels to sell investment in subsidiary company

Blue Coast Hotels has received approval to sell investment in material subsidiary -- Silver Resorts Hotels India. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 06, 2019 has approved the same.

Blue Coast Hotels is involved in the hotel industry. The company operates the hotel Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa in Goa. The services offered by the hotel include accommodation, food and beverages, wines and liquor, telephone and transportation facilities.
