इस बोर्ड ने यह तय किया है की बोर्ड बैठक को 29 अक्टूबर 2009 को आयोजित किया जाए।
English Translation:
The board of Glory Polyfilms Ltd has accorded its consent to the Company/management for finalizing the modalities for the issue of Warrants convertible into equity shares to the Promoter/Promoter group/Non Promoters on Preferential allotment basis.
This was accorded at the board meeting held on 29 October 2009.
इस बोर्ड ने यह तय किया है की बोर्ड बैठक को 29 अक्टूबर 2009 को आयोजित किया जाए।

The board of Glory Polyfilms Ltd has accorded its consent to the Company/management for finalizing the modalities for the issue of Warrants convertible into equity shares to the Promoter/Promoter group/Non Promoters on Preferential allotment basis.
