The board of Vishal Retail has given their consent for allotment of 39,10,000 warrants convertible into Equity shares to Ram Chandra Agarwal, Chairman & managing Director of the Company.
This was apptoved at the board meeting held on 30 October 2009.
समिति की बैठक ने यह तय किया था की इस बोर्ड को 30 अक्टूबर 2009 को आयोजित किया जाएगा।
