Thomas Cook India Limited (TCIL) announced that Mr Heinrich-Ludger Heuberg, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Group Operations, Thomas Cook Group pic will take over as the new non-executive Chairman of TCIL while Mr, Udayan Bose will be stepping down as the non-executive Chairman of the company.
Mr Heuberg said "I am delighted to have the opportunity of working more closely with the Indian business. We have a very ambitious agenda for its development, which will involve a greater level of cooperation with the rest of the Group''s international business.
