स्पेनटेक्स उद्योग ने परिवर्तनीय वारंट को प्रकाशित कीया- अक्टूबर 31, 2009
हिन्दी अनुवाद:स्पेनटेक्स उद्योग बोर्ड ने रुपये की परिवर्तनीय वारंट के मुद्दे को मंजूरी दे दी है। प्रमोटरों के लिए 20 करोड़ रूपये/प्रमोटर और समूह/रणनीतिक निवेशकों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर आयोजित कीया गया।
बोर्ड को भी 27 नवम्बर 2009 को असाधारण वरीयता आधार पर परिवर्तनीय वारंट जारी करने के लिए सदस्यों की सहमति प्राप्त करने के कंपनी की आम बैठक बुलाने का फैसला किया है।
इस बोर्ड ने 30 अक्टूबर 2009 को समिति कि इस बैठक को आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया।
English Translation:
The board of Spentex Industries has approved the issue of convertible warrants of Rs. 20 Crores to the promoters/promoter, group/Strategic investors on preferential basis.
The board has also decided to convene the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on 27 November 2009 for obtaining consent of the members for issuance of convertible warrants on Preferential Basis.
This was decided at the board meeting held on 30 October 2009.
