1. श्री प्रणव कुमार दास के स्थान पर एक निदेशक के रूप में आईडीबीआई लिमिटेड में श्री देबशिस सरकार को 29 मई 2009 को मनोनीत कर स्वीकृत डब्लूईऍफ़ में नियुक्ति की गई।
2. कंपनी डब्लूईऍफ़ में डायेरेक्टरशिप से 13 मई 2009 को श्री के कृष्ण राय ने स्वीकृत से इस्तीफा दे दिया है।
English Translation:
Ramsarup Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2009, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Debashis Sarakar as a Nominee Director of IDBI Ltd in place of Mr. Pranab Kumar Das w.e.f. May 29, 2009.
2. Approved the Resignation of Mr. K Krishna Rai from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. May 13, 2009.
