NTPC public offer to open on February 3 : एनटीपीसी का सार्वजनिक प्रस्ताव 3 फरवरी को खुलेगा : 21st January
हिन्दी अनुवादएनटीपीसी अपना सार्वजनिक प्रस्ताव 3 फ़रवरी को खोलने जा रहा है, सरकार की हिस्सेदारी के 5% से वंचित कर लेना है, जबकि कीमत समूह पर 2 फ़रवरी को फैसला किया जाएगा। पिछले हफ्ते, एक मसौदा सूचीपत्र एनटीपीसी (भारत में सबसे बड़ी बिजली उत्पादक) द्वारा भरा गया है और सेबी के साथ सार्वजनिक पेशकश पर अनुवर्ती की गयी है। बाजार की मौजूदा मूल्यांकन के अनुसार, लगभग 11,000 करोड़ रुपये का विनिवेश की संभावना है। हालांकि, सरकार चाहती है कि एनटीपीसी के शेयर 3, 4 और 5 फरवरी को व्यापार स्थिर रहे। एनटीपीसी के लिए क्यू आई पी नीलामी कीमत की घोषणा 6 फरवरी को की जाएगी।
English Translation:
NTPC is going to open its public offer on 3rd February, in order to divest 5 % of the government's stake, while the pricing band will be decided on 2nd Feb. Last week, a draft prospectus has been filled by NTPC (the largest power producer in India) for its follow-on public offer with SEBI. According to the current market valuations, the divestment is likely to fetch around Rs. 11,000 crore. While, the government wants NTPC shares to freeze it's trading on 3, 4 & 5 of February. The final QIP auction price for NTPC will be announced on 6th of February.
