हिन्दी अनुवाद:इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर डेवलपमेंट फाइनेंस कंपनी लिमिटेड (आईडीऍफ़सी) ने यह सूचित किया है की समिति के निर्देशकों की बैठक को 23 अक्टूबर 2009 को आयोजित किया जाए, आवंटन के लिए मुल्ये प्रत्येक 10 रूपये की 5,90,991 सम्पूर्ण चुकता पूंजी के इक्विटी शेयर को आवंटित किया कर्मचारियों के लिए कंपनी के टर्म में कर्मचारी स्टॉक विकल्प प्रणाली (ईएसओएस) को आयोजित किया गया।
