हिन्दी अनुवाद:कपिल सिब्बल ने कहा, कि नए केन्द्रीय मानव संसाधन विकास (एचआरडी) के लिए मौजूदा नीतियों और कार्यक्रम पर एक नया दृष्टिकोण और मानसिकता के साथ, उनकी सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता को जारी करना होगा। उनकी प्राथमिकता लिस्टिंग के लिए, सिब्बल ने कहा कि हर बच्चे को शिक्षा का अधिकार मिलना चाहिए।
इतनी बड़ी जिम्मेदारी का पद देने के लिए सोनिया गांधी ने धन्यवाद दिया, सिब्बल ने कहा कि ज़िन्दगी के लिए हर युवा और हर परिवार की जिंदगी के साथ ही अवसर महान चुनौतियों की विकल्प कि पेशकश की जायेगी। अर्जुन सिंह' के कार्यकाल के दौरान सवालों के मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय में संबंध में राजनीतिकरण से दूर है।
English Translation:
Kapil Sibal, the new Union Minister for Human Resource Development (HRD) said that continuing with the existing policies and programme but with a new approach and mindset, will be his top priority. Listing his priority, Sibal said every child has a right to education.
Thanking Sonia Gandhi for giving him the post and such a big responsibility, Sibal said that it offered great challenges as well as opportunity as it touches the life of every youth and every family. He steered clear of questions regarding alleged politicisation of the HRD ministry during Arjun Singh''s tenure.
