हिन्दी अनुवाद:रेलिगेयर इंटरप्राइजेज लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि कंपनी के निदेशक बोर्ड की शेयर आबंटन समिति ने अपनी 06 अप्रैल 2010 को आयोजित बैठक में कंपनी के कर्मचारी स्टॉक विकल्प योजना (ईएसओएस) के तहत स्टॉक विकल्प के प्रयोग पर 12,710 इक्विटी शेयर आवंटित किया है। कंपनी ने भुगतान इक्विटी शेयर आबंटन पूंजी कुल 127,82,64,620 रुपये पोस्ट किया प्रत्येक 10 रुपये के 12,78,26,462 इक्विटी शेयर के ।
English Translation:
Religare Enterprises Ltd has informed that the Share Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held on April 06, 2010, has allotted 12,710 Equity Shares on exercise of stock options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2006 (ESOS) of the Company. The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 12,78,26,462 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 127,82,64,620/-.
