The IPO was opened for subscription on 23rd March 2010 and closed on 26th March 2010. The company has raised around Rs. 53.65 crore from the upper-end of the public offer. Earlier, the company has filed the red hearing prospectus with SEBI and ROC to enter the capital markets with an IPO of 37,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each. Earlier, Mr. Arvind Kajaria, MD of IntraSoft Technologies said the object of the issue is to fund the company's capex plan. The company eyes to spend Rs. 13 crore for purchasing of a corporate office at Kolkata and Rs. 20.2 crore for branding and promotion activities.
