हिन्दी अनुवाद:फोर्टिस हेल्थकेयर लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि कंपनी के वेतन समिति ने 12 अप्रैल 2010 को प्रति 10 रुपये के 7,900 इक्विटी शेयरों के आवंटन को मंजूरी दी, प्रति शेयर 61 रुपये के प्रीमियम पर, पात्र कर्मचारियों के लिए कंपनी के कर्मचारी स्टॉक विकल्प योजना 2007 के अंतर्गत निहित स्टॉक विकल्प पर। आवंटन के फलस्वरूप कहा कि कंपनी के चुकता शेयर पूंजी 10 रुपए की 317,331,509 इक्विटी शेयरों पर 3173315090 रुपए गई है।
English Translation:
Fortis Healthcare Ltd has informed that the Remuneration Committee of the Company has on April 12, 2010, approved the allotment of 7,900 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, at a premium of Rs. 61/- per share, to the eligible employees, upon exercise of vested stock options, under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2007 of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone upto 317,331,509 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating Rs. 3,173,315,090/-.
