- आबंटित इक्विटी शेयरों की संख्या: 25000
2. पट्टेदार का नाम: विपुल प्रसाद जैन
- आबंटित इक्विटी शेयरों की संख्या: 144,475
3. पट्टेदार का नाम: नंदा नरेंद्र काले
- आबंटित इक्विटी शेयरों की संख्या: 200000
इसके अलावा कंपनी ने कहा है कि, 44.01 रुपए प्रति इक्विटी शेयर का भुगतान पट्टेदार द्वारा कर दिया गया है पूर्वोक्त इक्विटी शेयरों के आवंटन से पहले।
English Translation:
Kale Consultants Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2010, has allotted equity shares arising out of conversion of warrants on preferential basis to promoters of the Company as mentioned below:
1. Name of the Allottee: Narendra Harihar Kale
- No. of Equity Shares Allotted: 25,000
2. Name of the Allottee: Vipul Prashad Jain
- No. of Equity Shares Allotted: 144,475
3. Name of the Allottee: Nanda Narendra Kale
- No. of Equity Shares Allotted: 200,000
Further the Company has stated that, the entire consideration of Rs. 44.01 per equity share has been paid by each of the allottees before allotment of the aforesaid equity shares.
