English Translation:
Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd (IDFC) has informed that the Committee of Directors for allotment at its meeting held on March 24, 2010, has allotted 39,41,621 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
