6.5 Million Homes Got 100 Days Employment Under NREGA : 6.5 लाख घरों को ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम के तहत 100 दिन का रोजगार मिला : 29th March
हिन्दी अनुवाद:ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री सी.पी. जोशी ने कहा कि केवल 65 लाख परिवारों को महात्मा गांधी ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी योजना के तहत 100 दिन का रोजगार मिला था। हालांकि 10 करोड़ लोगों को नौकरी कार्ड मिला था जब कार्यक्रम शुरू किया गया था। जब ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम शुरू की गई तब 10 करोड़ लोगों को जॉब कार्ड मिला जहां इनमे से 4.6 करोड़ लोगों को काम मिला । लेकिन केवल 65 लाख परिवारों को 100 दिन काम का लाभ मिला। इस बीच, अकुशल मजदूरों की दैनिक मजदूरी चिंता का विषय था। उन्होंने कहा कि केरल (125 रुपए प्रति दिन ) और हरियाणा (140 रुपए प्रति दिन) सर्वश्रेष्ठ था और कुछ राज्यों में दैनिक मजदूरी 100 रुपए प्रति दिन के नीचे थे। उन्होंने कहा सच है कि देश में 2.6 करोड़ अकुशल श्रमिकों चिंता का विषय।
English Translation:
Rural Development Minister C P Joshi stated that only 65 lakh households had got 100 days employment under the Mahatma Gandhi Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme . This is although 10 crore people had got job cards when the programme was launched. When NREGA was launched 10 crore people got job cards where of these 4.6 crore got work. But only 65 lakh households availed of 100 days work. Meanwhile, one of the areas of concern was the low daily wages to unskilled labourers. He said that Kerala (Rs 125 per day) and Haryana (Rs 140 per day) were the best and he rued that in some states daily wages were below Rs 100 per day. He said the fact that there were 2.6 crore unskilled manual workers in the country was a matter of concern. asked.
