Rupee Declines Marginally Against Dollar : डॉलर के मुकाबले रुपया में गिरावट :5th February

English Translation:
In sync with weak stock markets, the rupee declined on Thursday by 8 paise against the US currency in early trade. However, at the Interbank Foreign Exchange (Forex) market, the rupee lost 8 paise to 46.05 a dollar. The domestic unit had closed higher by 25 paise at 45.97/98 yesterday. Meanwhile, weakness in stock markets and strengthening dollar overseas weighed on the rupee sentiment. On the other hand, the BSE index Sensex lost 79.20 points, or 0.48%, at 16,416.85 points in early trade.
