हिन्दी अनुवाद:पटनी कंप्यूटर सिस्टम्स लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि मुआवजा और वेतन कंपनी ने 01 फरवरी 2010 संकल्प के निदेशकों की समिति, ने बराबर मूल्य की 49,851 इक्विटी शेयर आवंटित किए. 2 / - प्रत्येक 22,126 रुपए के बराबर मूल्य की अंतर्निहित इक्विटी शेयरों सहित कुछ कर्मचारियों को. 2 / - डिपॉजिटरी के रूप में 11,063 अमेरिकी निक्षेपागार शेयर (ए डी एस) एडीआर लिंक विकल्प के अभ्यास के तहत जारी करने के संबंध में प्रत्येक के साथ न्यूयॉर्क के बैंक को आवंटित किये।
English Translation:
Patni Computer Systems Ltd has informed that the Compensation & Remuneration Committee of Directors of the Company vide resolution dated February 01, 2010 allotted 49,851 equity shares of par value of Rs. 2/- each to certain employees including 22,126 underlying equity shares of par value of Rs. 2/- each to Bank of New York as Depository in connection with the issuance of 11,063 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) pursuant to the exercise of ADR Linked options.
