Gammon India - Allotment of equity shares : गेम्मोअन इंडिया - इक्विटी शेयरों के आबंटन : 23rd February
हिन्दी अनुवाद:गेम्मोअन इंडिया लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि एसोप मुआवजा कमिटी ने 22 जनवरी 2010 को आयोजित अपनी बैठक समिति मे पहले की अस्सोसिएतिद स्ट्रक्चर्स लिमिटेड के कर्मचारी स्टॉक विकल्प योजना -2007 के अंतर्गत स्टॉक विकल्प के इस्तेमाल के अनुसार योग्य कर्चारियो को 2 रूपये प्रति के 18,402 इक्विटी शेयर आवंटित किये है। एसोसिएटेड ट्रांस्राइल स्ट्रक्चर्स लिमिटेड (ए टी एस एल) पर जो गेम्मोअन इंडिया लिमिटेड के साथ मिलकरए टी एस एल का कंपनी द्वारा किए गए समामेलन (योजना 07 जुलाई 2009 से प्रभावी थी)। इक्विटी शेयर कंपनी के बाद आवंटन की प्रदत्त पूंजी २ रूपये प्रति शेयर के 11,96,88,698 इक्विटी शेयर प्रत्येक के लिए कुल मिलाकर 23,93,77,396 / रूपये है।
English Translation:
Gammon India Ltd has informed that the ESOP Compensation Committee in its meeting held on January 22, 2010 has allotted 18,402 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to the eligible employees on exercise of stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme -2007 (ESOP) of erstwhile Associated Transrail Structures Ltd. (ATSL) which was taken over by the Company on amalgamation of ATSL with Gammon India Ltd. (the scheme being effective from July 07, 2009). The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 11,96,88,698 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 23,93,77,396/-.
