Fortis Healthcare - Allotment of Equity Shares under ESOP : फोर्टिस हेल्थकेयर - ईएसोपी के तहत इक्विटी शेयरों का आबंटन : 16th February
हिन्दी अनुवाद:फोर्टिस हेल्थकेयर लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि कंपनी के वेतन समिति ने 12 फरवरी, 2010, को 61 रुपए के प्रीमियम पर, 10 रूपये प्रति शेयर के 1,200 इक्विटी शेयरों को कंपनी के कर्मचारी स्टॉक विकल्प योजना 2007 के अंतर्गत योग्य कर्मचारियों को, निहित स्टॉक विकल्प का प्रयोग पर, आवंटन को मंजूरी दी। बताये गये आवंटन के परिणामस्वरूप कंपनी की प्रदत्त शेयर पूंजी 10 रूपये प्रति पर 317,323,609 इक्विटी शेयर तक चली गयी जोकि कुल मिलकर 3173236090 रूपये है।
English Translation:
Fortis Healthcare Ltd has informed that the Remuneration Committee of the Company has, on February 12, 2010, approved the allotment of 1,200 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each, at a premium of Rs 61/- per share, to the eligible employees, upon exercise of vested stock options, under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2007 of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone upto 317,323,609 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, aggregating Rs 3,173,236,090/-.
