AXIS Bank - Allotment of Equity Shares under ESOP : अक्सिस बैंक - ईएसोप के तहत इक्विटी शेयरों का आबंटन : 17th February
हिन्दी अनुवाद:अक्सिस बैंक लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि बैंक के पूरे-समय निदेशकों की समिति ने जो 16 फरवरी 2010 को हुई थी ने ईएसोपी के अधीन बैंक के कर्मचारियो को 10 रूपये प्रति के 549464 एकुइटी श्येर्स का आबंटन किया। बैंक की चुकता शेयर पूंजी तदनुसार 40,39,69,377 इक्विटी शेयरों से 40,45,18,841 इक्विटी शेयरों में वृद्धि हुई है।
English Translation:
AXIS Bank Ltd has informed that the Committee of Whole-Time Directors of the Bank has on February 16, 2010 made the allotment of 5,49,464 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 40,45,18,841 equity shares from 40,39,69,377 equity shares.
