Yes Bank - Allotment of Equity Shares : येस बैंक - एकुइटी शेयरों का आबंटन : 28th January
हिन्दी अनुवादयेस बैंक लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि अंकित मूल्य रुपए की इक्विटी शेयर जारी करने के संबंध में बैंक में प्रत्येक क्यू आई बी से 10 अर्हताप्राप्त संस्थाओं स्थान के तहत सेबी के नियम के अध्याय आठवीं के मामले में राजधानी स्थापना समिति, 27 जनवरी 2010 को कुल मिलाकर 38,362,709 इक्विटी अंकित मूल्य 10 रुपए प्रत्येक के एक मूल्य पर शेयर 269.50 रुपए प्रति शेयर के (इक्विटी प्रति शेयर 259.50 रुपए का प्रीमियम सहित), 10,33.875 करोड़ रुपये के शेयर्स जारी करने और आवंटित करने का फैसला किया है।
English Translation:
Yes Bank Ltd has informed that in respect of issue of equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each in the Bank to QIBs under Qualified Institutions Placement in terms of Chapter VIII of the SEBI Regulations, the Capital Raising Committee has, decided to issue and allot on January 27, 2010, 38,362,709 Equity shares of face value Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 269.50 per Equity share (including a premium of Rs 259.50 per Equity share), aggregating Rs 10,33.875 Crore.
