हिन्दी अनुवाद:विप्रो लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि प्रशासनिक निदेशक कम्पनी बोर्ड की समिति परिपत्र दिनांकित 9 जनवरी, 2010 को मुद्दे का समाधान और प्रति 2 रुपए के 95,500 इक्विटी शेयर प्रतिबंधित स्टॉक यूनिट योजना 2004 और प्रतिबंधित स्टॉक यूनिट योजना 2005 के अंतर्गत प्रत्येक योग्य कर्मचारियों द्वारा स्टॉक विकल्प के प्रयोग अनुसार आवंटित करने का प्रस्ताव रखा।
English Translation:
Wipro Ltd has informed that Administrative Committee of the Companys Board of Directors vide Circular resolution dated January 09, 2010 resolved to issue and allot 95500 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 and Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2005.
