हिन्दी अनुवाद:सुबेक्स लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि आबंटन के निदेशक बोर्ड की समिति कंपनी ने 4.55 लाख अमरीकी डालर की मूल राशि के एफ सी सी बी के रूपांतरण पर 2,729,093 इक्विटी शेयर आवंटित किये और कम्पनी के धारको द्वारा 98.7 मिलियन अमरीकी डालर 5% पर कूपन परिवर्तनीय असुरक्षित विदेशी मुद्रा परिवर्तनीय बांड आवंटित किये। रूपांतरण पोस्ट, एफ सी सी बी का कुल 86.9 मिलियन अमरीकी डालर बकाया हैं। इसके फलस्वरूप शेयर कंपनी की प्रदत्त पूंजी 391,980,560 से 419,271,490 रुपए बढ गयी है।
English Translation:
Subex Ltd has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has issued 2,729,093 equity shares upon conversion of FCCBs of principal amount of USD 4.55 million by the holders of Companys USD 98.7 million 5% Coupon Convertible Unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds. Post the conversion, FCCBs aggregating to USD 86.9 million are outstanding. Consequently the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 391,980,560 to 419,271,490.
