हिन्दी अनुवाद:रेडिको खेतान लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि ई एस ओ पी मुआवजा सिमिति अपने 20 जनवरी 2010 को आयोजित बैठक में, कंपनी के कर्मचारी स्टॉक विकल्प योजना 2006 के अंतर्गत स्टोक विकल्प के प्रत्येक योग्य कर्मचारी को 2 रूपये प्रति के 104,724 इक्विटी शेयर आवंटित किये गये। इक्विटी शेयर कंपनी के बाद आवंटन की प्रदत्त पूंजी प्रति 2 रूपये के 102911525 इक्विटी शेयर है और कुल 20,58,23,050 रूपये है।
English Translation:
Radico Khaitan Ltd has informed that the ESOP Compensation Committee in its meeting held on January 20, 2010 has allotted 104724 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to the eligible employees on exercise of stock options under the Employees Stock Option scheme 2006 (ESOP) of the Company. The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 102911525 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 20,58,23,050/-.
