Petroleum Trust sells shares of Reliance Industries: पेट्रोलियम ट्रस्ट ने रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज के शेयर बेचे: 4th January
हिन्दी अनुवाद:रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज (आरआईएल) ने घोषणा की है कि पेट्रोलियम ट्रस्ट ने जनवरी 04 2010 को कंपनी के लगभग 258.50 लाख इक्विटी शेयरों को बेच दिया। रिलायंस औद्योगिक निवेश और होल्डिंग्स, रिलायंस की एक पूर्ण स्वामित्व वाली सहायक लाभार्थी ट्रस्ट है। ट्रस्ट ने लगभग 2675 करोड़ रूपये उपस्थित किये, जिसकी औसत कीमत 1035 रूपये प्रति शेयर है। वित्तीय का असर कंपनी के समेकित वित्तीय विवरण में परिलक्षित होगा। कंपनी ने यह घोषणा आज व्यापार के दौरान की, 04 जनवरी 2010।
English Translation:
Reliance Industries (RIL) has announced that Petroleum Trust sold approximately 258.50 lakh equity shares of the company on 04 January 2010. Reliance Industrial Investments and Holdings, a wholly owned subsidiary of RIL is the beneficiary of the Trust. The Trust will realize approximately Rs. 2675 crore, at an average price of about Rs. 1035 per share. The financial impact will be reflected in the consolidated financial statements of the company. The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 04 January 2010.
